Meet Chad

Chad moved to Knoxville in 1994 to pursue a degree in communications while also playing tennis for the University of Tennessee. He was a four-year Letterman serving as the team captain for two years, while graduating with honors. After college he served as the Director of Tennis for Cherokee Country Club for eight years.

In 2006 Chad decided to follow his passion for real estate by obtaining ownership in Apollo Asset Management, which owned and operated numerous commercial and residential properties throughout the Knoxville area. During this time he was able to work on all aspects of buying and selling real estate from construction to financing to closing – gaining valuable knowledge to transition into a full time real estate career.

At home, he is completely outnumbered by his wife and three daughters. Caroline is 12 and in middle school at Webb school of Knoxville, Olivia is 2.5, and they just welcomed their newest addition, Sinclair in September. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, attending sporting and charity events, and running. Chad is organized, honest, charismatic, and hard working.

As of today, Chad is a certified luxury agent and has closed over 20 million in real estate sales for 2021. Recently, he was acknowledged for being in the top 15 individual agents (out of over 15,000) in the south East for Keller Williams for two consecutive months.
